Login Instructions

If this is your first time logging in, please use your preferred email address (all lowercase) as your use rname and PENC  (all caps) as your password.  If we do not have your email address on file, please use your first and last name as your user name.

Example: Mary Smith's user name would be: 'marysmith@aol.com' and initial password would be 'PENC'.  Or Mary Smith's user name would be 'MarySmith'.  You will be prompted to change your password after you login the first time.
