Attention: Payroll Deduction Members!
Update: Payroll Deductions will continue until further notice.
We will continue to provide our members with up to date information as it is received.
An extension to the temporary restraining order that was issued for SB 727 on January 9th was granted until March 12th, 2012. Therefore, your school system will continue payroll deductions for employee organizations through the month of February, and possibly through March.
Please know that PENC will continue to keep you posted as decisions are made that may affect payroll deductions. Should the ability to proceed with payroll deductions be revoked, we will certainly have alternative options in place to ensure uninterrupted membership with PENC for our members currently on payroll deduction.
