PENC LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
The summit is a time to come together as educators and discuss things PENC can do to help. We also talk about possible recruitment ideas. It is a good time to come together and vent and share ideas. These are the first Introductory meetings the later meetings in October will have a focused topic with possible quest speakers. Those topics will be determined by what we find out in the intro meetings.

HELPS LITERACY WORKSHOPS
Helping Early Literacy with Practice Strategies
Why Use HELPS?
HELPS is evidence-based and research-validated
HELPS is provided to 1st-8th grade students to improve reading fluency
HELPS significantly improves students' reading with only three 15-minute sessions per week
Nationally, HELPS is often used as a Tier 2 or 3 intervention within MTSS model

Teachers Grades 1-8, Instructional Assistants, Reading Specialists, Speech-Language Pathologists, School Psychologists and Counselors, RTI/MTSS Coordinators, Administrators, and Tutors
