Legislative Update: May 15, 2025

Introduction

The Legislature has passed the crossover deadline. Crossover is when all the House and Senate bills must be passed into the other chamber. Any legislation that did not make crossover is either dead in its respective chamber or must be placed in the budget. These policies will be debated between the House and the Senate during conference negotiations.
